We are excited to be thinking about next year and “Leveling Up” your student to the next grade level here at Creekside Christian Academy.
*** Parents who DO NOT wish to re-enroll must indicate that to us within their family portal of this decision. Please follow the Second step below to do so.***
LEVEL UP HOW TO
To access both the steps you will need to use FACTS Family Portal through your existing login. If you do not have a login, please follow the Instructions for “Creating a ParentsWeb Login” listed below (see bottom of email).
FIRST…………….Pay your Re-enrollment fee by the date listed in FACTS. If this fee is not paid, by Monday, February 24, 2025 your student will lose their seat and be withdrawn for the 2025-2026 school.
SECOND………..”LEVEL UP” your student through the Family Portal using the instructions below:
Access FACTS Family Portal:
*NOTE: YOU MUST DISABLE POP UPS OR USE CHROME TO COMPLETE THIS PROCESS*
1. Please go to FACTS Family Portal.
2. Select Family Login from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.
3. Type in your District Code – CRE-GA and then your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
4. To re-enroll or withdraw your student (s) complete the following steps in your Family Portal: Apply/Enroll—->Enrollment/reenrollment—->Click Here to Open Enrollment—->Start Enrollment Packet/Will Not Enroll
Instructions for Creating a FACTS Family Portal Login
Please go to FACTS Family Portal.
Select Family Login from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.
Enter CRE-GA into the District Code field.
Enter in the Email field your email address as provided in your application to the school.
Click the Create Account button.
You will receive an email from FACTS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for 6 hours.
Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.
Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.
Close the window.
Log into FACTS Family Portal as instructed above.

Adding A New Student
If you wish to apply a new student in the family, you can go to your family portal and apply for a new student.
High Demand for Enrollment: We anticipate record interest next year. Securing your child’s spot early ensures their continued place at Creekside.
